These fun coaching sessions are suitable for beginners and returners to
hockey of all ages from 13+ years. Run over three evenings, the free
sessions are great for fitness and a way into (or back into) club sport.

Location: Langley Park Girls School Astro

Sign up to all or as many sessions as you can make. Sticks can be
provided if needed, however, players need to bring (and wear) their own
shin guards, and all U18's need to wear a gum shield.
