The Ladies 1st team are currently in a growth phase and have enjoyed several strong seasons in South East Premier League, after falling out of National League. You will help progress the development from this season and propel our Ladies back into the National League, supported by a wider club development strategy.
The appointed coach will be responsible for ensuring the high performance of the Ladies 1st Team, whilst also supporting the Ladies 2nd Team and working closely on the development of our High Performance Juniors.
The individual will be expected to deliver engaging midweek training sessions, primarily for the Ladies 1st squad, whilst also collaborating with the wider coaching group to assist with session content and training delivery for other ladies’ teams. You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to sessions and develop player performance, based on weekend analysis. Attendance at all home and away games is expected
You will also be required to support our mid-week Junior Performance sessions and input into the planning and delivery of our thriving Junior programme on some Sundays.
You will need to have strong interpersonal skills to work with a team that has been established for a number of years. You’ll also be expected to help drive recruitment from the outset, ideally strengthening the squad, whilst also providing opportunity to the young talented players already in the club’s pathway.
The candidate should have a proven track record of success at National League or Regional Premier level. Our Ladies 1s currently train once a week on Wednesdays, but there is scope to extend to a second training night (if required)
