Sunday training is totally optional and possibly overkill but we will be holding it for those not selected.

Arrival time: From 2pm (ideally no arrival before this time please due to previous matches going on)
Warm up: Practice area available from 2pm ; Main pitch Warm-up from 2.15pm to 2.30pm
Start: 2.30pm
Finish: 4.30pm
Balls: We will provide balls to avoid any confusion so no need to bring any.
First aid kit: Please bring your own first aid kits
Bibs: Please bring your own bibs.
Format: Half pitch with marked Ds. Vase does not require a kitted GK but fine if you have one. If no GK then 7 outfield players. No penalty corners in any matches – hit from the half way.
Umpires: Please can each club bring someone able to umpire
